What is the total delivery time for my order?
All orders are processed in 2-3 business days. For large parcels, processing time may extend upto 4 days. Orders are not processed during holidays or weekends.
Please note: During periods of exceptionally hot weather, the dispatch of certain temperature-sensitive products may be delayed to help preserve their quality. Although we use insulated packaging and, where appropriate, ice packs to protect these products during transit, we reserve the right to postpone dispatch until weather conditions are more suitable. This is done to ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition.

We ship all orders only to: England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands.
