Omega-3 fatty acids and and their impact on our bodies.

Did you know that Omega-3 fatty acids are a deficient ingredient in the diet?

Fats are essential for our health, they are a source of energy material that the body can use, as well as a building material. Fats build cell membranes, mitochondrial membranes and are one of the main components of the nervous system. Mitochondrial cells are most numerous in energy-consuming tissues, i.e. in muscles (also in the heart muscle) and the brain, as well as in the egg cell. Fats are essential for the production of hormones, both the adrenal cortex and sex hormones. In addition, they facilitate the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins. Depending on the structure, we balance saturated and unsaturated fats.

Very sensitive to damage are Omega-3 and Omega-6 contained in grape seed oils, sunflower oil, pumpkin seed oil, nuts, linseed, chia seeds.
Saturated acids, i.e. thermally stable, are primarily animal fats such as clarified butter, to some extent lard, tallow, but also tropical oils such as coconut or palm oil. Acids with weaker bonds are rapeseed oil, olive oil, in a sense also lard because the composition is compared to olive oil, almond or rapeseed oil.
It is important to provide them in the right proportions, because the health of the cell and the ability to cleanse the body depend on them. This, of course, affects the ability to absorb nutrients inside the cell and excrete substances intended for disposal outside the cell. Acids from different groups have a different effect on the cell membrane and its permeability or elasticity. Excess of saturated acids makes this membrane stiff and therefore its functioning will be hindered. Hence, unsaturated acids are needed for its condition to be as good as possible. The more saturated acids, the greater the susceptibility of cells to damage, which is associated with inflammation.
You should avoid refined fats, i.e. rapeseed or sunflower, or hardened fats, such as margarine. These have trans acids that we don’t need and are pro-inflammatory. In addition, rapeseed or sunflower oils often contain substances that are toxic to us, which are used by farmers to spray plants in the growth phase.
Our body does not produce omega acids on its own, and they are the main building blocks for our nervous system.

Omega-3 acids, which we obtain mainly from fish but are also found in linseed, chia seeds, require metabolic processes so that the body can use them. In addition, we consume B vitamins, zinc and magnesium, as well as some enzymes. Therefore, if we have some losses in vitamins and our digestive tract is not working properly, these processes will be hindered. The supply of ready-made Omega-3 acids in the form of a supplement will facilitate the proper functioning of many processes. And above all, it will increase the omega 3 to omega 6 ratios, which is SO IMPORTANT and should be no more than 1:4, 1:5. Unfortunately, this ratio is often as high as 1:20. Unfortunately, this ratio is frequently as high as 1:20. These tests are easy to do at home. Just send them back by post and the result will be read online.
It is worth to pay attention to the content and proportions of individual fatty acids (EPA and DHA) and, for example, additives.

Bearing in mind that our clients are mainly people who already have inflammation, we wanted to go out of the way to help them take care of themselves on a daily basis. Hence, the search for high-quality products for which there will be no doubts regarding the method of their production, ingredients and bottling processes. All information can be obtained from Eqology.

That’s why Omega from Eqology is so valuable as the highest quality pure omega-3 oil derived from 100% wild Arctic cod, with the addition of cold-pressed organic olive oil and vitamin D3. Omega-3 is one of the most important supplements we might give to our body, so it was very important for me to find the best quality.

The body does not produce it on its own, so it is necessary to supplement them, as it is very beneficial for:

– vegans, also Omega-3 from algae
– building resilience
– removing inflammation, especially in the prevention of autoimmune diseases such as:
thyroid diseases, diabetes, atherosclerosis, RA, psoriasis…
– for children, huge support for the nervous system, brain, immune system
– prevents cardiovascular diseases
– Lowers triglycerides, blood pressure, reduces the risk of heart attack and arrhythmia
– is a building block of a normal cell membrane
– is also the starting point in the regulation of metabolism, anti-inflammatory diets.
-a building block of the brain, Omega-3 has a beneficial effect on mental conditions and mood. They are a great support in the treatment of depression and anxiety.
– preparation for pregnancy, pregnancy, and lactation
(Lowers the risk of premature birth – before 34 weeks, reduces the risk of post-partum depression and most importantly supports the development of the baby, especially supports the proper development of the nervous system and brain).

Omega-3 from Eqology is distinguished by a high therapeutic dose of EPA and DHA content (2.4 g in 15 ml)!!!
They also contain vitamin E, which prevents oxidation, and vitamin D 800j.

The supplement market offers various preparations, regularly of dubious quality, so pay special attention to contamination with diotoxins, mercury and lead! In addition, those that are encapsulated require additional work from our stomach to digest the shell in which they are enclosed. It is also worth mentioning that they may already be oxidized and less valuable.
Omega-3 from Eqology is tested on an ongoing basis, the content of impurities in the Hamilton laboratory has important certificates confirming their quality:
– Cologne List
– MSC Sustainable Fisheries
– Totox parameters, oxidation 4
– Research on diotoxins, Jagiellonian University
– Michelin stars for taste
– GMP good practice manufactories.

It is worth remembering that achieving therapeutic effects requires a minimum of 6 months of supplementation.
